Our company model includes mentoring high school and college-age students on political issues and embedding them into our staff teams from all aspects of our work, from strategy to event management.

Our Team
Stephanie Adames
Co-Owner, Managing Director Stephanie Adames is a 2024 Reed Award winning professional communications expert with over 14 years of experience working in politics. She is driven to help elect candidates who put people over profits because of her own experience as a single mom for 10 years. It was thanks to and because of government assistance programs that she was able to go back to college and university. She did this to provide a better future for her eldest daughter. Without the extra help she would not be where she is today. That is why she is passionate about helping elect candidates and working with organizations both public and private that work to empower others, regardless of their socio-economic status or identity. Stephanie has now worked on over 80 political campaigns throughout the United States. She has also managed large scale public outreach and public facing events such as the Superbowl XLIX & Final Four. She has a degree in public relations and has extensive experience and focus on crisis communication, branding, digital advertising services, and campaign management. When she is not working she loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. |
Patrick Morales
Co-Owner, Founder Patrick is a political campaign manager, field director and digital advertiser who got his start in the nonprofit and public education spaces. He got his start organizing Arizona’s college and university students through the Arizona Students’ Association, where he began as a student organizer and became the Statewide Organizing Director, he then became the Government Affairs Director where he lobbied at the local, state and federal levels. He has since shifted to working on campaigns for issues and candidates and has a history of creating effective campaign strategies & policies that are dedicated to strong schools and families. At the local, state, and national level Patrick has organized on a variety of issues including immigrant rights, education equity, and economic justice. He has experience at the local grassroots races to federal; city, legislative, statewide, congressional and presidential races throughout Southwest and the United States. Patrick also served as a Governing Board Member of the Tempe Elementary School District for 8 years, being elected in 2014. He als0 served as the President of the Hispanic and Native Caucus for the Arizona School Boards Association (ASBA). |
